International Partner Visits

August, 2024 To actively improve UTC’s technical advancement, the company continues to visit international partners. Being invited to visit multiple locations in Europe, the company continues to deepen the understanding in advance aviation fuel management and drone defense technologies.

In the United Kingdom, UTC visited Heathrow Airport and its fuel management partner HHOpCo to explore the world-leading fuel distribution network and fuel automation technology. Heathrow’s multi-layered operation system not only improved operational efficiency, but also enhanced the stability of fuel supply. The team then visited OSL, a company located in northern England, to learn about their innovative fueling management solutions. The visit served as an important reference for the future upgrades of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.

In France, UTC visited CERBAIR and the Paris 2024 Olympic venues, gaining insights into the latest drone defense technologies. CERBAIR’s HYDRA-300 defense system is capable of accurately detecting and handling drone threats, providing efficient security protection for airports and large-scale events. These on-site visits laid the foundation for UTC to introduce advance technologies and enhance airport security levels in Taiwan.

Through this European visit, UTC has further strengthened its international partnerships. The company will continue driving technological innovations in the future, contributing to continuous development of global aviation industry.
